PEELS is late 90s nostalgic rock flavor blended with modern tastes from Brooklyn New York.
They take soaring verbed out vocals singing familiar melodies and blend them into a pool of fuzzed out guitars, aggressive drums, strong bass lines, and sparkling synth hooks to create catchy yet unique songs. You can hear influences ranging from early Weezer to The Smashing Pumpkins while collecting inspiration from current acts such as Broncho and White Reaper to name a few. PEELS consists of Joey Deady on lead vocals and guitar, Jesse Reed on drums, Sean Shannon on bass and backing vocals, and Drake Miller on synth.
